    Tickets

    Q. What time does the show open?
    A. The gates open to the public at 9am.

    Q. Is the event solely for Japanese cars?
    A. It’s a show purely for Japanese cars.

    Track Time

    Q. Can I take passengers out on the track
    with me?
    A. Yes. Passengers are allowed, providing
    they sign an indemnity form and subject to
    certain requirements.

     
    Q. Is helmet hire available on the day or do I
    need to bring my own?
    A. We advise you to bring your own British
    Standard-approved helmet where possible,
    but a limited number of helmets are available
    to hire on the day.

    Q. Do I need a driving licence to take my car
    on the track?
    A. Yes, you will be required to show your full
    UK or other EU state driving licence.

    (both parts in the case of photocard licences).

    Q. My licence is away at the DVLA/Police,
    can I bring a photocopy?
    A. No, a full original driving licence needs to
    seen be when signing-on.

    Q. Is it possible to purchase track time on
    the day?
    A. We strongly advise you to book track time
    sessions in advance to avoid disappointment.
    Track time sessions may be available for
    purchase on the day, but are subject to
    availability.

    Q. How can I buy a ticket?
    A. Advance tickets sales are now closed. Tickets available on the gate for £15, under 14s free.
    *Please note that tickets are not refundable under any circumstance.

    Parking

    Q. Is there car parking available?
    A. Yes, there is a public car park available
    free of charge.


    Q. Is there disabled parking?
    A. Yes, disabled parking will be clearly
    marked and you can ask the marshals for
    assistance.


    Q. Is there any way that I can park my car
    infield rather than in the public car park?
    A. Only if your car is on display on a club
    or trade stand.

    Camping

    Q. Can we camp the night before?
    A. There is no camping on site at Castle
    Combe. See the '
    general info' page for our
    recommendations of where to stay.

    Trade and club info

    Q. What time are we allowed onto the site?
    A. Trade and club members will be granted
    access onto the site at 07:00 am providing
    you have a vehicle pass clearly displayed in
    your windscreen. Trade pass holders may
    arrive from midday on Friday 16th May to
    set up but may not remain on site overnight.

    Q. How many personnel passes will I get if
    I'm a trader?
    A. It depends on the size of your stand.
    Please refer to the Trade booking form.

    Animals

    Q. Can I bring my pet?
    A. No pets of any kind are allowed.
